Setting Up Your Standard Goal

The Standard Open Goaaal® includes all required parts and step-by-step visual instructions for assembly. Setup takes around 1.5 hours with 2 people, using a 5 meter (16ft) measuring tape, a hammer, and a step ladder.

Installation involves connecting the frame, attaching the goal net, and tensioning the system with guy ropes, bungees, and ground anchors. It must be installed on real grass with soil — not on turf, concrete, or gravel.

5ft tall x 9ft wide (1.6m x 2.7m)

Rebounder size: 
10 ft tall, adjustable to 21 ft wide (3m tall, adjustable to 6.6m wide)
